Question Premium Membership and Interest threads? (answered)

I know there's not such thing as stupid questions, but this might be one. Even after reading the guidelines multiple times, I've haven't found the answer explicitly

I'm not clear if you have to be a premium member to post an interest thread. With that said, I'm very early in a process for a replica and don't even have a time schedule and etc. However, I just wanted to know when and if the time comes.

An interest thread is the precursor to a project run, so only a Premium Full Access Member can start an interest thread in the Project Runs forum.

I'm new to the forum and I'm intrested in buying premium membership. I do use PayPal so it is no problem but becouse it renews every year itself PayPal ask me for credit card to cover enetual lack of money. And the thing is I never had and never needed credit card. I'm realy willing to pay but not so keen to make a card. So is ther possibility that soon I will ba able to pay in other form? Or best by PayPal but just for a year and then renew it by myself?

Use the following link to purchase a 1 year Premium Membership via Paypal without the credit card requirement. The membership will not automatically renew, so you will have to manually renew it.
