round 15 stone... :) being honest... thanks for clearing that up. when he said 9 stone (brody) i thought that meant he got to a whopping 90 pounds. i was basically picturing a stick figure for how tall he is...

The P1 didn't try to win by exploding. He activated the wristbomb to destroy all evidence that suggested that predators existed. He was probably laughing because he had doubts Dutch would've survived the explosion to tell his story. In the comic, I think Dutch did die later on from the radiation though.

i don't believe there is, i think what he was talking about was only referenced in "concrete jungle" perhaps it was, don't quote me on that.

but it came up while dutch's brother was on the hunt of another pred, all if memory isn't playing tricks on me,

if there's a dispute otherwise then i'll dig the bastards out and look to be sure :)

EDIT: also did you guys see at the top of that review where it has pros and cons? the only con being gory!!! yee yah! must be pretty damn bloody, like it's supposed to be...
 
wow just wow,

I think the link to the review is possibly the BEST post this thred has had since the 1st page confirming a new film !. ( including the on set photos we have )

WHY? well because someone has seen it and wrote the above review when they were obviously as disenchanted with the whole AVP series, as alot of us are, yet they apparently are very happy with this film.

From what i read it ticks most of the boxes we have rumbled on about for a long long time, and as for the ONLY con they mentioned, being GORE. lol predator and gore go hand in hand.

my ONLY concern now lies with the SBP head, hopefully the stills are doing it a dis service, and on film and actually moving it will look more acceptable than the teletubbie reject that it looks like in several pictures.

I cannot believe how excited i am at 37 to go see another Predator film, and i am hoping the only downside i have AFTER seeing this, is the fact we have to wait for another one :)


BTW sabres, thanks for the update, woke up to some failry bad news, but this has cheered me up hugely.
 
wow, what an awesome trailer, i am sooooo looking forward to this, my mates wanted me to go opening night at the leicester highcros cinema in my suit but i don;t think i could really enjoy a film in a bloody great rubber suit
 
Thanks for sharing the new trailer, its bloody awesome indeed! The some gorey scenes are shown also and I'm getting more excited to see the film and the new hunters in action.:)
 
New trailer has:
-Fishburne saying "I'm the one you don't **** with"
-dead Pred hanging upside down
-someone getting skewered
-a backbone getting ripped out
-classic Pred running from an explosion
-spaceship that could be a Pred spaceship
-sniper chick holding a pistol to her head (reminded me of Vasquez doing the same thing in Aliens)

Holy this movie is gonna be chock full of gore, scariness, and action!!!!
