as long as they don't show the ******* ending of it. Had to be the dumbest move by the press crew ever. LOL, i remember when that photo of wolfie and predalien sitting there after impailing eachother like "ok, whats next?" And i was left there a little wanting, and very confused.

This IS news for me... I feel like that scientist from ID4 "They don't let us out much"
AVP 2 was good, but it was AVP and not Predator. There are 4 Aliens movies and only 2 Predators. Of course, only 2 of the Aliens movies are good. The first AVP was ok, not so much. but ok, considering it was PG13 for youger crowd. The second AVP was a bit more like it, I really loved the Wolf character, that has got to be the best Predator ever!
Hope they really do the movie this time, 'cause I've been waiting for it since they announced a Predator 3, after the Dany Glover movie, and was never made.
I'd like to see new toys, the Wolf had such cool toys, the perimeter red lazer cutting net, the whip. For the first time I saw a Predator use two cannons, that was so awesome.

I'd still love to see the first AVP novel on the screen if they did it right. I mainly want to see Broken Tusk. I would also REALLY like to see the capture of the queen! The ship laying down suppressive fire while the Preds drag the queen out. AWESOME! We'll just have to wait and see what happens with this new Pred film. I'm hoping against the odds that RR has taken the fans seriously and gives us something to be proud of.

after all this debated and heated talk over 21 pages deep on the board...over a film yet to be made all i want to know is this...

I hear that! I live in Houston...a mear 3 hours from Austin. I emailed...called...myspaced...everything I could think of asking if I could get in on it. Sent pictures of three three suits I have done....even said I would work for free!!!!! Nadda...zip....zilch....big fat nothing back from anyone.
Oh well....if the Preds look like **** I can say "you see **** lips...you could have had me and my fellow hunters do the suits and look what quality you would have gotten!!! Yeah... see man I tried to help you out!!! Yeah!!!!" Well...thats how it would go in my mind at least.
Personally , thats like asking me, MUMPS or MEASELS which do you want? hehe.
Not sure either fit the bill, but i dont know who does to be fair hehe.

I hope he just plays a supporting role.I have never like his acting style.IMO he overacts on everything he's done(spawn,universalsoldier,exit wounds,undisputed and I could have swore that he came out in kill bill but that credit is not listed in his bio)

The problem with today is that we don't really have any good lead actors for action films. Most of them now are extremely cheesy, not saying arnold wasn't cheesy with his trademark one liners, lol. Vin Diesel and Jason Stathom i just don't think i could take in a pred movie. And dear GOD no wrestlers. I like the Rock, but in certain things man, he was awesome in The Rundown. But i guess i'll just wait and see what the actual cast looks like.

As far as wrestlers go, the rock is a pretty damn good actor imo, as above, he could actually pull this one off. As for statham or Diesal.... well im a fan of both, id love to see a riddick vs predator role but thats just me being selfish, i don't think either would work in a pred film, Stathams films are far too silly and over the top for this role. Im happy for no namers if they get the right ones!
But i still maintain Karl Urban would fit the role perfectly!! think back to the chronicals of riddick.
