PREDATORS - MOVIE INFO

Woah fellas before this goes any further.

Bensin we get it...so slow your roll because now it just looks like your trying to russlle up some trouble.

WarpedFx...others are tired of his posts as well but droppin F bombs just makes things worse and a personal attack is not called for.

Both of you guys and whoever else wants to take it too far will be issued warnings. This needs to end. Love or hate the film, to each his own. Stirring the pot for the hell of it is not needed or wanted.

Back on topic...
I like the way the film looks so far and I so much want to skip the clips but, they call to me.

The netting is just netting - it was never determined that the netting was responsible for the cloaking. Obviously these guys dont need it in order to cloak. We just liked to make that up as fans of the movie

ya, think, both P1 and P2 had a single arm that was not covered in this netting(P1 had right arm exposed, P2 opposite)bottom line... not required. the cloaking is purely a proximity thing, a force field connected by the beings solid form, which doesn't explain why wristblades didn't used to be cloaked along with the being, and now they are, but hey, it's just a movie:) guess cgi changed the predators existence too :) oh!, net guns dont get it either!

back when i was still trying to rationalize the co-existence between the predator world and the AVP world, i even broke it down to " well maybe they just have different weapons systems" hell in all stretches of the imagination you could say "maybe the P1 and P2 wanted you to see their blades as they ripped into you attached to an unknown form, or maybe the youngbloods needed the edge of not having anything visible. who knows, but the fact is is they chose to change that aspect of it, why? maybe just the same reason that, of course it was so obvious that in the first two movies, most the time, unless the pred was about to uncloak/cloak, he had no dreds, and now he has them regardless, and he's all the cooler for it.

anyway, regarding anyone who considered it necessary that preds have the netting to connect the cloaking system, it's simply not true, and if it is then there are some MAJOR flaws in the design of the first movies, otherwise, dreds, instead of being not there at all when cloaked they would also be there hanging off of an invisible head, along with wristblades that you can clearly see. oh! and feet too! be a pretty funny lookin sight.

LOL - damnnnn, FX - it was a joke, CHILL OUT, I was responding to Rob. Have you read any of my posts at all aside from my two one liners? I thought I explained everything in plain english - there is more than one discussion going on in this thread. If any one wants to tell me off, PM me.

Is it just me or does anyone else think Laurence Fishburne "Noland" could have and should have put on more muscle for this role?

I don't think he should have put on muscle be he should have at least lost some weight. For someone who has been stranded on a foreign planet he sure is holding his weight well.

-Chris

That's kind of my point. He should have chiseled up some. Would have made the movie that much better with the cast doing everything they can to convince the audience the fictional setting is their reality.

With the way he was described in "the script" I envisioned his character not only thinner but older. Stress and hard to get food would keep him lean not necessarily chiseled and not to mention make him appear older. So I don't know, maybe they will figure some way of explaining it. High nutrience plant juice maybe.

I always gained a little weight on all of my deployments.

*MAJOR SPOILERS*!!
New videos a 3 part B-roll for predators but be warned!!!
As from what i'v read it contains scenes from the ending you have been warned =P

*Edit:
After watching i didnt notice anything too spoiler-ish, maybe who survives at the end etc but i'd still watch with caution anyways
