Easy way - its to take some rope, like did guys from Nitrinos Studio. They make moto helmets, not masks, but idea is cheap, fast and easy. For my predator helmet i will use this method, but its moto helmet too and it is in progress. Have a fun!:thumbsup

He uses blacker rod, a kind of foam which he coated in plastic dip spray rubber. Looks pretty cool.

unfortunately I do not remember the owner of the file and the site from where it was downloaded.
Perhaps it is from this site, but I do not remember. However, I've used this file, I hope it's okay to share

I believe the majority of predator bio masks were modeled by Movieman. Try searching that, as he made a BUNCH of bio masks. Try key words like celtic bio mask, falconer bio mask and prize bio mask or wolf bio mask. They all look cool!
