I'm very happy about the accurate scale differences in the P1 and Dutch. When the "Predators" figures came out, Berserker and his Super Pred friends were the same size as the P1. But we all know in the movie they were at least a foot taller. But with series 8 being more "real", NECA has really made up for the series 1-3 mistakes.

One thing I love about Neca is they don't give us a professional photo shoot for this kinda stuff, they're like "Yeah! All of our **** is in the background! Deal with it!" I'm not being sarcastic, I seriously love that!

Just going to get the dutch figures. Im swapping the open/closed mouth and mask heads on the new body not going to rebuy everyone for new knees and hips

The terminator figures are also in scale with the preds, so you should figure Dutch will be too. Is it me, or does something look off on the green shirted faced dutch ?

Seriously. Every time I see an update in this thread (even though I should know it's you) I am greeted by another pic you have taken.
I am not trying to tell you what to do or post in any way, I am just simply suggesting you create your own thread. That way if another "official" NECA/PRED item is sprung on us we will know. That is what this thread was actually started for I believe.

I never relly saw fit to repaint my neca figures. I'm picky about a lot of things but not those. I know they're toys and likely will never rival SS at that small of a scale. So I just let them be. lol

SS is considered numero uno by most high end collectors, hence my statement. Anyway, you're not going to find a bigger supporter of neca figures. I've been buying their stuff for fifteen plus years and likely wont stop anytime soon. lol

I would say that for the sake of the thread in both tone and pace for both news, changes, and opinions for those figures that are being released from NECA. Showing pictures of ownership and stating the location on where you obtained the figures is fine, but for artistic based photos of your collection as a fellow member I would suggest to create another thread or put them in your member gallery. Just again a suggestion of course and speaking of news here is a close up of the Predator 2 trophy diorama that will be officially addressed at Toy Fair in February.

The one pictured look's like a ****** repaint or under some lighting conditions that purposely make it appear poorly painted.
Personally when it comes to paint app's I find it hard to fault 90% of SS figure's or maquette's. I can't say the same when it comes to Neca.
