They're not moving all that well at my TRU either. Saw the glow in the dark Robocop too. Just gimmicks honestly. Maybe neca will learn their lesson and get back to producing the real stuff.

Yup, saw a crap ton of the cloaked classic today at Toys R Us... was not impressed... ended up not buying it. They couldn't even make the trophy necklace string clear ? Its white... Not to mention that they could have saved themselves some money by molding the wristblades in the normal silver, since in the first movie, they pop out of his cloak... instead they molded them clear too...

I dunno. I wanted to get it to have it as part of the collection but, meh... couldn't do it.
