Well, damn! I wish I had good news but NECA screwed me over and twice in the same box. Firstly, my replacement figure came broken. Not only that but in the exactly same knee joint as before. Secondly, they sent the wrong effin figure! I received a masked P1 figure when my broken figure was a P2 Elder. I'd think it they'd be easier to tell apart but I guess not.

What faith I had left for the company is going out the window. What the hell?

I sent him an e-mail and a pic the second I saw it was broken. Didn't even bother to unwrap the polybag.

I received a response the same day. Plus he emailed me with the update of when my Elder was shipped and thr tracking number.

Did you email him yet?

Sometimes he replies the same day other times it takes a few days to a few weeks. But he did reply with a tracking number a few times.

guys be carful about neca's elder. I got him a day ago and with barely any force, his left arm broke off! nothing hot glue cant fix, but it was dissapointing. And this happened to many others too.

ive got one open elder w/ broken elbow joint, a hound open w/ a broken leg, and then 2 NIB elders, and 1 NIB masked p1 which look awesome in the box, but what should i do?

even though i don't intend to open them, should I ? to make sure they aren't gonna break too? i contacted em a couple weeks ago and they did get right back to me, but from what i hear some of you guys are getting F-ed up replacements too!?!?! what is this ****! is it worth it? yes, i guess, i dunno...

i'm about to just take one for the team, i know they won't get it wrong like that ever again, it was, in a sense an easy mistake to make.

Well, H.o.E., I don't know about opening the figures you have on card just to see if they will break.

If you like them on card...leave them. If not and you want to open them and display them...open them. If they break...contact NECA... again.

This is my second time contacting them. The first as well as the second, I was immediately contacted and within a few days had my replacement's.

Just curious MRXDX2... you didn't send them a nasty, angry fueled email before did you?

You were raging pretty bad on here about the quality and breaking of the figures. I just hope you didn't do that when you emailed them. That probably wouldn't get you a very good prompt response.

Seriously, this is nothing against you personally. I just was hoping you didn't do so because you seemed pretty upset by it.
