...and yes, a 5 point articulated fig would hurt if it were thrown at you. More than likely it would cause severe internal bleeding and potential fractures of the skull.

My elder arrived the other day, just touched the right arm and *pop* there it was. Completely detached from even trying to see how stuck it was.

I have waited a month for a reply.......NOTHING none of my Preds broke it was that cheaply made Aliens Alien warrior he dived off the shelf and broke its leg and before that i barley even touched the arm and it snapped.I would tweet them but im waiting for my series 3 classic to arrive and see if he has production problems..

berserk my dude, check the behind the scenes pics for the movie it's that way there too, they really went all out with these, snakes are shorter than the rest, (HT didn't even capture that) hippies are longer, just like the movie makes me very happy. and hippies only have the two solo beads on those front two dreads, just like the movie, despite their problem with series 3 (which i'm sure will never be an issue again) I LOVE NECA FOR LOVING PREDS!

My classic Predator finally came i opened up my box to find a very damaged packaged with no bubble and his shoulder cannon going all over the place,I get him out and not the left but BOTH arms snapped right off all year I've been waiting ant then THIS HAPPENS Plus last month my Aliens Alien Warrior broke for no reason at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!NECA YOU WILL FIX THIS!

Actually, if he came delivered that way neca wouldn't be at fault. It's strictly the responsibility of the company you ordered from or who they used to ship it out. I would take pics of the items as they were when the box was opened, contact the retailer, and start the process with them. Neca would likely only replace the figure if it broke while removing it from it's clamshell etc.

I ordered from toy r us and my pred hound wasn't even attached to his card. If he had been broken and rattling around in the box they would've been the first people I contacted.

I dont think that was completely Toys R Us' fault. I actually found my Classic 87 pred with a partial seperation hanging from the store, which leads me to think that NECA went cheap on the glue they used to attach them to the cards.

I don't know, I read all this is because they were in the midst of switching to a bigger factory, so they got behind then had to rush series 3 out and they have been loaded with problems.

The packaging problem didnt bother me that much in fact the figure was in great condition still what did bother me is NECAs production problems and the fact that three seconds after i got the pred out both arms snapped like a crackerBy i said Neca you will fix this i meant my replacements.I would hate to try and fix him myself.But i might have to.

Ah, okay. I thought you meant the damage was caused by the figure being loose in the shipping box. I see what you're saying now. Well, I guess you get to join the hundreds of us waiting in line for their new series three figure. Good times.

LOL!Well if I get no response soon I'm gonna attempt to fix it my self by replacing the broken peg with a screw.This figure is to detailed to go to waste plus as you can tell by my pic the masked classic is my fav so that taunts me even more lol!
