Predator hands - what is available that doesn't suck?

A friend of mine is getting a unique present for christmas from me.

His favorite movie is Predator 2, so I have decided to make him a predator hand on a plaque. The only problem is, I don't know squat about predator costumes :lol

So.. instead of cheaping out and buying the costume hands that are mass produced, I was hoping someone could point me towards a gauntlet source. I would prefer to have a hard gauntlet to work with.
