Thanks lasnakes, I got very lucky molding this thing. Minimal air bubbles! Thank god.
A trick I use to prevent bubbles in the casting is to spray the mold with water. This presoaks the surface and prevents air bubbles from forming on the surface. Also if you want to be extra safe you can take an air hose from a compressor and blow the air bubbles away.
I am working on the mandibles all day today. Sculpting those with Monster Clay. Not sure how I should mold them, I guess the best way is to cover them with silicone...
