Praise for Efx

I know we all heap on the criticism when these companies get something wrong or drop the ball in some way. I just wanted to offer a word of thanks to Amy and Bryan Ono at Efx. I got one of the Trooper helmets a few weeks back, which I love. Really far exceeded what I was hoping for. Anyway, I was taking the helmet off the display stand, and the plexi disc screwed into the top of the post upon which the helmet rests...that got caught up inside the helmet, and I accidentally pulled it off the shelf. The stand hit the floor and the plexi piece shattered.

I emailed Amy asking if I could buy a replacement plexi piece or stand, and she and Bryan got me a new stand, and shipped it out free of charge! I admitted it was my carlessness and offered to pay in my initial contact. There was no discussion. They just got me a stand.

In this day and age, that kind of customer service is virtually non-existent. I know it's a little thing, but I really appreciated it and wanted to let everyone else know the class act that they are.

Now that is top notch customer service, I love There helmet too and can't wait for there future doctor who and star wars releases!

Exactly what you’ve come to expect from Amy. :) Knowing she’s at eFX gives me the confidence to buy from them not to mention Brian. Amy was always there to help when I had a problem when she was with MR.

I have yet to buy anything from eFX but I do have a shopping list made out. :D

I as well have nothing but praise for Amy and EFX.

Their business model is one that should be followed by others by having things on hand before selling (For the known wanted items)

AMyand efx are top notch in my book and I look forward to many purchases from them :)
