Sean, you should show your Mk VI too. It's awesome. The arbiter is just incredible though. Really nice.

It's a seriously cool suit Neil! I like the rifle too and like the idea of using the motorcycle helmet, I've got a spare one sitting here that I might have to use for something similar

There are some incredible costumes out there. Here are a a few friend at H3 release. We all sculpted the cod sections from styrene. Need to upgrade to some vac formed parts one day.

As requested:

My suit is really more of a Halo 2 era costume, scratch built, well before Pepakura became available for Halo costumes. I haven't done much to it since the release of Halo 3 other than add some battle damage (which did wonders to mute that super mettalic green that I used - see final pic).

As for the Arbiter, there will be more updates than I can announce here. I'll have the costume completely revised for Dragoncon '09. Til then I'll be keeping a lid on my progress.

I haven't read further to your replies, if any, but I'd love to know how long it took to make this costume, what supplies you used, how you got the details and measurements correct etc... I'm 5'6" and rather busty (if I do say so myself) and I'd love to make a suit for the next 'Con I attend.
Please, let me know if you could help because your armor is superb!
