Portal Gun Sound Boards?

I wouldn't normally put up a question thread, but I'm in need of some help.

I'm making a Portal Gun, which you can see over on this thread here
I've got all the LEDs figured out, but I'm at a brick wall when it comes to sound boards. My budget is probably around £30 max (about $48) but it'd be preferable to get one for cheaper than that. Ideally I'd like it to do three sounds: On/off, Blue and Orange.

Any help or ideas? Anything you know would be of help :wacko

While I dont think its in your budget..

a place called Plecter Labs - Props Electronics makes probably some of the best/top notch electronics for props (anywhere)..

barring that.. perhaps look into using an Arduino as a base for your solution? (not sure of your experience in that area)
