Well i have been using this stuff for a while and thought it may be usefull for you guys, polymorph plastic, comes as little plastic pellets that you put in hot water and then shape into whatever you like, i use it for making teeth on my busts, i also use it on this guy for the brace around his face

I press it into silicone moulds and it works a treat, and takes paint well too, as its a translucent white teeth are good to make using this stuff, so tusks and skulls could be made as well, just a thought

Yeah i think it has a few brand names, i get it from ebay, available in different sized packs, just thought it might be a usefull thing to use, to me it works as well as resin or acrylic for teeth, and is not toxic!, always a plus using one less noxious substance to make these heads.

Agreed,

I use it to make bases for my creatures face. I attach the servos to it.

Use a heat gun and you can adjust the shape to fit.

Cool Stuff.

Well its not much to look at when you first get it
Just pellets which you add to hot water then hand shape before it cools
