I can confirm that I got my the email with the estimated completion date. If you think you're on this run, check your email, including spam folder. One email I got from Rocket was directed there for some reason.

Okay guys. I've been going over the list and there are many ppl that have yet to pay for decals. If you don't get it paid, you get just the helmet. I'm having the last batch of decals made this week. After Friday, that's it. No more decals made. Check your records, if you paid you're golden.
