Just finished making my brother's Poe Dameron resistance Clothes and making Bb-8 right now!

Made my own Kylo. Building a small army of TFA costumes based around his Poe.

You guys definitely look the part! How are you making the BB-8?

Is that the chinese vinyl BB-8 "helmet"/mask that I've seen on eBay?

This is the Chinese helmet but modified and heated up so I could expand it a bit.

It will go on the 20 inch poly carb sphere. And then applying decals to the ball (this pic was before modifying Chinese head unit piece)

Using a nerf gun for now. But will probably update to a 3D printed version of his rifle at some point.
