Please help me Identify these fonts?

Hey all! I'm trying to create a replica of this prop from Halloween Horror Nights 19 at Universal Orlando, but I can't place these fonts. They all look very familiar, but I can't place them. The top almost looks like Trajan Pro. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the low quality pic. It was the best I could find.

Oh, and by any chance, does anyone know where I can get Funkins for less than 50 bucks? I found one site that sells the model I need, and it isn't cheap. Are they normally that expensive?

The "Admit One" font looks like Blakely Bold to me.

I'm sure there's a site that carries something like it for free. I haven't been able to find a match for the top font.
