Pirates Of The Caribbean - Letter of Marque - I make my own one

I'm looking for years for a good replica of the Letter of Marque from POTC.
But I have been disappointed so many times and paid a lot for not well done replicas.

So I started to make my own Letter of Marque

Here are some pictures of the most differences:

It starts with the top of the Letter of Marque.
You can compare it on the 1st picture:

Top = Screenshot of original Letter of Marque
2nd and 3rd are replicas I bought
last is my own work

next is the used font on the replicas.
I made my own font and saved it as ttf- and otf font
I also created the wax seals for King George and Cutler Beckett

you can compare it on the 2nd picture

on one replica the text wasn't correct. (3rd picture)

I think it should mean our Great Seal of England to be offered to these Presents . . .
and NOT
our Great Seal of England to be suffered to these Presents . . .

The size of the Letter of Marque should also be smaller
Best size, comparing to the screenshot, would be 23 cm x 35 cm

The blue paper seal should be embossed and maybe with gold (not sure)
The blue paper seals of the bought replicas weren't in the right screenshot style

There are some passages in the text I'm consider to cut, so the letter size could become shorter yet.
Maybe I will make a new seal for King George, too
I'm fighting with the leatherwork yet, but practice will improve my work once.

I'm still not happy with my work and still working with it, but step by step it becomes better

I will post my finished work, but at the moment all is still in progress

I made the original seal as graphic, got an engraved brass tool, imprint it and carving it then

Did you make the leather document holder or buy it? I'm trying to find the same thing for another project but don't know what it's actually called.

The 1st leather cover on the picture I bought, but because it is too large (see screenshot), I made the 2nd one by myself.
My leather pouch is not finished yet and just a 1st attempt. I'm not happy with it, so I will make another new one.

I think it is finished for the moment (until I find new unseen details)

- the size of the leather cover for the Letter of Marque has been adjusted
you can compare the sizes between my bought leather cover - my new leather cover - and the screenshot of the leather cover

- some small details have been changed in the letter

I used a brown cowhide, 2mm thick.
My leather pouch is about 24 cm wide and about 37.5 cm high.
The letter of marque is 23 cm x 35 cm in size

Could you share the ttf? I've been trying to find a font similar for ages.
