Well, this website is truly awesome, I got all the help I wanted on the first question, so I felt like asking another. I'm currently working on my blade gauntlet, right now I'm still working on the retractable spring system. And I was planning on building the gauntlet blades out of pink foam:
1). Make the base, cut and sand it and use a rotary tool to give it form.
2). Afterwards apply some prime paint, (If you could recommend one please) to strengthen it for the molding process.
3). Mold and cast it to make white resin copies.
This is an idea I'm planning, in my head it seems to work but if this is a stupid idea and you pros are yelling at your screens because my suggestion is actually a very very stupid idea, please tell me right now before I end up doing a big screw up.
