Phantasm Shotgun Prop?

Here is a video of someone who made a live-fire version:
Also, some photos in hopes it helps. == Ed
Yes, thanks. Lots of good photos. I'm due for another PHANTASM series re-watch. I'm sure I'll be pausing a lot and doing a lot of up close gawking at still frames. I have the series on blu-ray now, so I hope I can get some improved detail with the high resolution more than DVD or VHS. I know the movie ones were rossi squire shotguns, but in some of those fan build pics you showed, someone was using something MACHINE WORKS, CHINA. Wish I could read the detail better. I can't make out the first word/name. They look pretty good. Dunno if they're actual shotguns or nice metal replica ones. Lots of searching and shopping to do.

I believe it is: The Zhongzhou Machine Works JW-2000 12 GA shotgun, crafted in China during the late 20th century, holds a significant place in firearms history. This double-barreled shotgun, known for its simplicity and durability, embodies the tandem advancements of Chinese craftsmanship and engineering.

OK. Good to know. I won't be using those. The Rossi originals didn't have hammers. Not to mention that I don't feel like paying a $200 tax stamp to the ATF for altering a shotgun. Guess that would actually be TWO $200 tax stamps.

I made a nerf quad shotgun a wile back, but haven't bin able to do any work on it because I was recently evictide from my home due to so called unsafe conditions. I have a video of my shotgun, its an old video & forgot to post it, dew to other problems in my life.
