Penguin, Batman Returns costuming options

So, I have been having so much fun making my 1966 Penguin costume, which I am making good progress on by the way, that I am looking at doing the Batman Returns Penguin next.

Now, this one is FAR more complicated because it involves an undersuit, and all kinds of make-up and such.

Can I get some help and suggestions? What are my options for a mask, or perhaps a fake nose and teeth and such to look like the Batman Returns Penguin?

Help me out here. I need some suggestions before I start from scratch. Heck, I will probably just end up hiring Reevz to do this. hahahaha

Really though, suggestions???

maybe look for a fat man costume and modify it?

Teves sculpted the prosthetic and it was one piece including nose, upper lip, partial cheeks and brow. not a hard prosthetic to make out of gelatine.

Bro, let's face the the music.
Your measurements? (In real world measurements)
I only ask because I'd like to get a real world fact as to what we have to start with. (No disrespect intended, of course. :)

I don't know exactly what my measurements are, exactly. But I am short, Irish, and chubby. haha Not like grossly overweight, but I could lose a few pounds. haha

I am about 5'8", and everyone at church thinks I look just like - and I mean JUST LIKE Jack Black. I don't see it though....

Screenused have got a Batman returns penguin nose appliance new to their site today, if you need reference.

What kills me, is that the Penguin nose for sale on screenused was already on HOLD when I clicked on it. haha

Oh well. Maybe Shawn Reevz666 can sclupt me one for my nose! HA! Great idea!

I actually have been thinking of making this same costume for years now.

I have the original Butterrick Pattern and the Nose peice/Makeup kit for this costume back when the movie first came out.

Depending on how you make the costume, you may not need a seperate body suit, Danny DeVito is not THAT fat to be honest.
