Padd Design Sold On Ebay, Clear it Up

Hey I just wanted to hear from Starfightter66 to see what is up. I saw in another thread that he was selling my Padd Designs. I never gave him the ok to do that. I was more then willing to let anyone remake the padd designs for your own personal use, but not to sell them.

What about here? Not saying you shouldn't post what you did but just that it's best to exhaust the private methods before taking things public out of respect for the member.

He's on RPF just about every day, not sure how often he visits your board. I'm sure if you contacted him via PM he'd respond promptly.

I have contacted Jose, I did screw up and I have appologized. I have also asked the mods to cancel my membership here because of this. this is my last post here. as well as my last visit. and I am sorry for my actions.

I would like for the admin not to delete the membership, I have ask him if he has sold any padds, Never did get a yes on it. I was able to get in contact with a member on another forum and he told me how many and how much the padds where sold for. Right now I am asking him if he can tell me how many where sold.

So until I can get an answer to my questions, I would like his membership not to be deleted.

pm what makes me mad, is over the pm I am asking him, if he sold or traded my designs..did not get an answer..I sent like 5 or 6 pms I had to get an answer from another member on another forum, before he said he did.

Then he did it in a very sneaky way. Someone would buy a ds9 or voyager padd and he would then tell them, that he had other designs.
He knew that I was going to do kits at the end of the year. I had a price set and everything..


What is sad was, I would have been willing to be a partner with him, if he asked.

What can you do.. I am thinking of asking the admin to put him and his ebay id on the ban list.

He is suppose to send me compensation for the padds he sold me + Ship me the 5 other padd sets he did not get to make. I just want to make this public, he has been insisting on my address. Not sure why, but it make me feel uncomfortable. I did ask for his, and his new email, but he did not want to give it to me..so we will see.

it is hard to send the additional padds without and address and I left my teleporter in my other pants. I myself feel uncomfortable giving out my address to someone I do not know so I understand his position. I am more than happy to send thru a third party if he would like... I just wish to send him what is his and have this over... now all of the padds are packaged and ready to ship. I am fulfilling my part of our agreement now he has to do the same. does anybody out there want to accept the shipment for reshipment to jose? they are ready to ship. and I have promised monetary compensation as agreed as soon as my bank can transfer to my paypal, i really want this finished and done with. so i wish he would stop making it hard to complete the transaction he agreed to.

I agree not to sell his padd designs or any padd sets period. members here can check on that one if you wish. I have sent jose a token payment, just what is currently in my paypal to show I am doing what he asked.

we have come to agreement jose and I. this matter has been taken care of and is now closed. I sent a token payment to Jose and it has been accepted until my transfer of funds make it to to paypal and full payment is made.

Well I am posting this..to help starfighter fix this. I still did not get the full comp from starfighter. I got this pm from him on the 11th.

having some problems transfering from my bank to paypal, dont worry you will be paid. I have made payments to you to show good faith.

Yeah he was going to send the comp, but All I got from him was like $20. He told me that it would be like 3 to 4 days to transfer the money to paypal, but that was like two weeks ago.

So, If I get any more news..I will let you know.

He has recieved 6 PADD kits from me, total in material $42 - this does not include the cost of the envelopes, postage and insurance, He has been recieving payments, and if you ask me he is being a bit of a bully. Jose back off, you are recieving your due you have to date recieved 52.16 in cash, you do know how to count don't ya?
don't let him fool you folks he has recieved money on the dates below thru paypal, and will by the end of this month be paid in full.

Please don't make this out like this whole problem is my fault. You brought this problem upon yourself. You are telling people that you gave me the 6 padd kits..The kits where made before I found out what you where doing and you where going to sell them behind my back. There should have been 0 kits made in the first place.

You also told me that it would take a few days because you had to transfer the money from you bank account to paypal. I said ok... That was on almost a month ago. I was never told that you where going to take this long to get the comp. As you told me in a pm (I want to get this over with quickly).

I said it over 3 times in the pm's that the final comp is $75 after the paypal fees. Its not $20 its more like over $25.85
