I should add that this is the same template I used for the posterboard mounts INSIDE the headrest AND the template I used to cut out the fabric for the front/back of the headrest, (add at least an extra inch to the fabric all the way around the template). The strip that goes in between them will vary with the thickness of your headrest...

EVA foam tiles. Basically, white foam floor tiles. I had them left over from the initial build of the 'Museum of Fictional Artifacts' room, before it WAS that sort of room.
