OT vs ST bowcaster differences

Is there a site that compares/contrasts the OT version of Chewie's bowcaster vs. the ST version?

I don't think the differences are major - the translucent tip on the middle scope, the cloth wrapped around the stick frame, the placement of the coiled cords and some greebs - but I'd like to verify.

Please and thank you.

There are a lot of differences. The main body is different, in fact most of it is. Have a look at this link. There is a lot of detail on the OT ones (which in themselves are different) but only some reference photos for the ST at the moment

Thanks. I figured there was a page like this out there. It's a shame that all of the larger images aren't available.

Im in the process of moving my old page to a new wiki project called prop wiki. here is the bowcaster page:
PropWiki Bowcaster Page

But yeah, its basically a totally different prop. The base crossbow of the OT bowcasters was a Horton Magnum (also sold under a variety of other names including Gunmark), the crossbow for the ST bowcaster was a Barnett Commando. Most of the detail parts on on the OT BC were real scopes, record and camera parts, etc. whereas a lot of the details on the new BC were 3D printed.

There are also a number of differences between the BC as it appeared in ANH and the Holiday Special and changes that were made to it for TESB and ROTJ.

Excellent. Thank you!
