Original Star Wars Promotional Vader Actors List?

C. Andrew Nelson was the special edition Vader that walks to the shuttle in ESB
Because of that he scored a gig traveling as Vader
He talks about it at the convention I attended
He talks about when he put the armor on you could see “dave prowse” name written inside

This may be a bit on the obscure side and my memory may be off,
Back for the EP3 promo commercials, print and in person appearances both myself and a friend with the initials JB were stormtroopers for much of it. Vader had a couple people with William and Andrew in their own suits. But for the LFL suit a dentist from Redondo Beach named Tom was in the costume. The reason he might fit in here is he had taken a bad step on a commercial shoot and the tour suit was badly damaged. In a hurry a replacement was brought in that was, we were told, a ROTJ original.
This would be in the Burger King commercials. Not sure of it was also the Orange UK commercial as I don't recall the timing if that as filmed before or after the bad step but that was Tom as well.
The BK commercial was like a weird unbelievable story being directed by John Landis, produced by a Band Apart being their final production and we were SAG from it with the welcome letter signed by Melissa Gilbert. Was also a key LFL man's birthday. Just one of those days.
