Hello, I'm currently working on a mark IV Iron Man suit. This is what I've done so far (sorry for lack of pics)
sized and printed helmet, neck, chest, back, shoulders x2, biceps X2, forearms x2, abdomen all the way around, the entire cod piece, and a foot.
everything is made of cover stock paper.
so far I have the helmet completely fiberglass and is ready to go for Bondo, my question is though, is there a big difference in regular Bondo and fiberglass reinforced Bondo?
also, when making these pieces of armor, the pepakura file made me put a lip on the edge of every piece thus far, the only part I'm wondering about is the face plate. (Only because I want to make it move) once I have Bondo on that piece, do I remove the cover stock lip or will it be fine if I just leave it?
