On my list of tops. Bail Organa Pistol replica

I'm pretty sire Jedi Lawja was refering to the film production staffs' decision, not the replica makers.  ILM missed an oportunity for a subtle tie-in.

I'm with you, that's exactly what I meant too. As an aside my OdiWan72 Margolin (real de-activated) based Leia ROTJ (shorter version) is a prized possesion.

While most of EpIII I think is a cool "tweening" exercise of transition/transformation, you are right that this gun has to stand on it's own and doesn't do the DDC pre-cursor so I agree. My point was just judging the Bail on it's own merits :)

Same here, I love my ROTJ Leia blaster.

I actually thought that Bail's blaster fit right in. Alderaan is supposed to be a planet that has a lot of artists and people who value it, so it makes sense that their representatives would have stylistic weapons. The only reason Leia had the blaster she had was because Alderaan gives up its weapons after the Clone Wars, so presumably they had to smuggle in weapons from outside.

Agree.

Also, like I said before, these are so inexpensive you should get two, then you can be a Rootin' Tootin' Bail :)

Pictures don't do justice, mine anyways :)

The Aluminum bits are great, and it's good to see a real trigger action vs a completely static prop.

Great paint.

Can you either post where you purchased this or send me a PM?

Looks nice!

yeah, if possible please let us know where to purchase one of these fine blasters. :)
thanks!

Holy crap that's a cool pistol... I'd never even seen one until right now.

I think that's one of the coolest-looking guns I've seen in sci-fi in general... :love

wow... looks great. its a shame that MR didnt take advantage and make small runs of pieces like this. of course, then we'd all complain because it didnt play a role in the film. =P
