Old Romulan Ship

Dose anyone have any additional information or photographs on this romulan ship?

That was made for the book Star Trek Chronology: The History of the Future, I'm not sure but I think Greg Jein built it. The first pic you posted was used to illustrate the Federation/Romulan war.

It kinda looks like it belongs in the 80's Flash Gordon movie!

A few. That's where the Daedalus model first appeared, and the Columbia mentioned in Where No Man Has Gone Before. They did a lot of conjectural stuff, like a pic of Robert April which was Gene Roddenberry in a Pike type uniform.

It was built by Greg Jein. I spoke to him about it on the phone back around '95.

That book may not be canon but it's one of my favorite Trek books ever. If you can find one, I highly recommend it.
