OdiWan72´s prop family

My mancave is currently a MESS *lol*
Boxes and props/ parts spread everywhere, display cases crammed full of stuff in expectation of reorganizing etc.

But yes, already thought about that ;)...

LOL we're in the same problem with our mancaves!!

BTW, I envy your ability of scoring real props mate You're an absolute ACE!

Regards,

Alberto

This thread has been quiet for too long...
While the following pics don´t show everything that "happened" with regards to my collection, it is a nice occasion to post some pics ;)

Let´s start with one of the last hauls (many thanks to my friend mugatu for managing this for me!), that arrived a couple of weeks ago. Also received a large package of blaster parts from Field Marshall and the awesome BF ESB helmet from superjedi, but didn´t take any pics...yet:

These are the Plessey connectors for the Jawa power pack I already posted about, paired with some "silver" fabric clad wire I found to be the closest match to the references...at least I liked the look *lol*

Also started to convert two of my Arriflex lenses into restraining bolts...
Since I worked with two Cine-Xenon lenses instead of the accurate Cinegon, I had to make some compromises with regards to accuracy. Also had to modify the lenses quite a bit to make them look decent...anyway, I like the results

Last but not least is a shot of my desktop, where you can see the mess I created when I worked on replacing two of my E11s with more accurate versions. Shown here is "a" stunt ANH E11, based on a real L2A3, scope and counter, Roy´s track and some cast metal parts. Still have to add the power cylinders and will replace the scope rail in the -hopefully- near future.

That´s it for now...pics of the post-production E11 and the E11D I am working on asap.

Thx for looking guys :)

Odiwan, I see that you have the correct amphenol connector. I have several that are half correct. The bottom piece is the part I dont have. All the ones I have seen that are correct appear to be black in color. Could you please tell me what type of amphenol connector it is? The part number? That would be a big help. I've literally searched everywhere. I've gotten a little obsessed to find a part number or model. Thank you.

Are you referring to the one, that is used for the VibroAxe?...can´t see what picture/ post you´re actually referring to

Amphenol connector... I have some that look similar to those that Odiwan posted that my Grandpa had. What are they used on?
They are used on the vibro axe

Thanks, that's kind of what I was thinking. I'll have to look through the ones I have because they look similar.
The ones I have are half correct. I thought they were the same ones but only the top half is right. The bottom piece I have is different. Its driving me a little nuts trying to get a part number for the correct one.
