Since you seem to have already rationalized FN Armour's copying of the fan-sculpted KB Props armor without KB Props' permission, in order to sell it as their own without giving any credit as to its origins, I'm not really sure what anyone here can add that would be useful.
The "well it's ALL recast" argument doesn't really work here, since as far as I know the KB Props armor was fan-sculpted and not derived from Anovos armor. There are points that could be addressed about getting what you pay for, or that most good things are worth the wait, but I won't waste the time saying them here.

I think most people are wary of B1G1 deals for something like a trooper kit. Most of the time, they're too good to be true or valid only on lesser quality pulls or the like. That, and yes, the recasting issue that was talked about weeks ago. Many members here would prefer to not deal with a trooper kit recaster and would go with any number of alternatives.
However, since the price and lead times were worth it to you, I don't think anyone wanted to try to dissuade you, or were hoping for some other informed member to chime in. If the kit functions well and fits you fine, then that's the best outcome that can happen. As another member has stated, even the original kit maker isn't exactly on the best of terms with other members of the community. Hope your build turns out good.
