I would like to make a Tobi costume for the upcoming ComicCon and I need help. Does anyone know where I can get a inexpensive but well made orange swirl mask?
The cloak is the easy part, but the mask needs to be perfect. I've been making costumes since I was 5, but not masks. If it is possible, can someone guide me on how to make this mask? Thanks in advance
