I keep finding two versions of the NX-01 Enterprise bridge dedication plaque.

Does someone know which is the correct plaque?

A quick Google turned up the fact that the bridge sets were shown in "Entertainment Weekly" at one point

http://talk.trekweb.com/articles/2002/09/15/1032112320.html

... and this post on the "Flare Sci-Fi Forum" describes the plaque thus

For the record, it reads:

ENTERPRISE
SPACECRAFT NUMBER NX-01
JONATHAN ARCHER, COMMANDING

This is then followed by a huge block of tiny-print names of crew members, including the seemingly immortal Berman, Braga, & GR. Finally, the "where no one has gone before" quote is formally attributed to Zefram Cochran on it.

Definately the lower version. Here's a cap from the premier.
