Question Not Receiving RPF Mail (answered)

I haven't been receiving email updates to the thread I'm subscribed to. Is anybody else having problems?

Is your email hosted by yahoo.com? I ask because we have been having some problems with emails being sent through them.

Yep, same here. Yep, I'm on Yahoo. Been receiving emails OK, but sometimes delayed by a day or two, sometimes not at all.

Yahoo is giving us a hard time right now. We are trying to get it resolved.

No, my email is hosted by gmail. I haven't received an update since Tuesday 12/14

Well, I fixed my problem. For any Gmail account holders using Outlook 2007 who might be having the same problem, this is how I fixed it--

Click on TOOLS > ACCOUNT SETTINGS
Then click on each individual email account you are having issues with
At the bottom of the box UNcheck "Require Login Using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)

This fixed my problem. I guess Gmail tweeked their email servers last week and I didn't know about it.

We have never had any problems with hotmail. Are you sure that they are not ending up in your spam folder and have you added @therpf.com to your safe senders list?
