I must admit, somewhat sheepishly, that that was also the first thought that went through my head lol, so you're not alone Doc!

It also said it was based on nano tech that allows him to call it at will. Also he'll have 40 other suits fighting along with him, so I assume this would be the master suit controlling the others. I'm cool with that.

I have a feeling that this is kind of jumbled up info. At Comic Con they showed video where the new suit was "called at will" by floating and attaching around Tony, as opposed to having the assembly machine thing. Which is similar to how, in the Extremis comic after Tony was enhanced with Extremis, he could levitate and assemble the suit "at will". But I think you're right that the other 40-whatever "empty" suits will be controlled remotely through a mental link, again like in the Extremis comic how Tony was able to access satellite and cell signals mentally via the Extremis upgrade.

All of this (the video included) is total speculation, though.
