"not All The Best Talent Is In The Movie Industry"

Hi guys, I open the thread with Andrew's old quote, because there is one artist that I think all newcomers should know about; and well to the elders of this site will bring memories of some of his work.

I am talking about Larry "gk asylum" Kidd. I'm not gonna mention every prop he ever painted but i am gonna focus on one. "THE ELDER"
This is the artist who painted our good friend Kithunter's suit; and served of inspiration to many of us artists.
He has the twin suit at his home in NY.

A couple years back Andrew (Kithunter) took me to Larry's house and spend a few hours staring at his collection of props.
I been painting predators for a couple of years now and still amazed me, how Larry can layer the colors and give that see through effect to the skins.

These pictures needed to be posted again for all of us to see and remember that Not all the best talent is in the movie industry, who knows maybe you could be the next Larry, Steve, Jordu or Casey.

Yea, but for what i heard from another collector that i know, is that was selling part of his collection including the Queen. But keeping the Steve Wang props.

I just checked in here and saw this thread.
I did sell a few pieces but still have most of my collection.
I got out of the hobby for a while due to eye problems but
I'm ready to get back to something I started a while ago which should blow your mind.
Again a big thanks guys.I'm humbled.
There's lots of talent on this board.Keep it up.
