Noisy Cricket Chamber Color Question

I'm working on a Cricket kit and am wondering about the correct color of the gel in the chamber windows. Some Cricket photos show a green gel while others are blue.
I've re-watched the first MIB but was unable to distinguish any color. Can anyone tell me what the color from the first film actually was, and is the green vs. blue difference a change between MIB and MIB II?
