I had exactly the same problem. In the months before I first set up EvilDeadChainsaws.com in 2006 I was chatting a lot with Anders as he'd been in exactly the same position as I was, getting advice on various bits & pieces. He was always the nicest guy, I even traded my first chainsaw for one of his gloves, no problem at all. On 30/08/13 I contacted Anders again about getting a pt4 glove, and he finished it and send over photos 15/09/13, and said it would be posted shortly. Then nothing arrived, and a couple of emails I sent went unanswered. On 07/11/13 I opened a paypal dispute, and the same day got an email from him asking why I'd done that, again all polite enough, and I closed the case as he was now communicating with me. He asked me to wait a little longer as three weeks from the USA isn't a huge amount of time, although he could never come up with the tracking number. Over the next few weeks nothing turned up and we exchanged another few emails, (with long reply delays, and at that point I contacted Paypal about re-opening the dispute, which I've discovered you can't do) he said it must have got lost and he would make me another one. Then he said he'd found the original receipt and gave me the tracking number... which didn't work on USPS.com. Then he said he'd visit the post office and see what was going on, he finally did on 02/12/13, and magically the tracking number started working and it arrived a week later. The glove arrived packed in newspaper dated December 2nd, so there was no way this had been in the postal system for weeks, and this wasn't the second glove as he never made it. Anyway I got mine finally and was happy with it.
I really don't know what's going on, I mean running EvilDeadChainsaws.com, I'd have totally understood if he said he was having money problems and could I hang on, or supplier problems, I've been let down by suppliers before myself, I'd have been fine about it, but the replies I got were either excuses or nothing at all.
