Primary material were HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). Basically it's thermoform plastic sheets that thermoforming industries utilize for making most of the microwavable trays that consumers use and prepackage displays that holds electronic product in a fixed position.
The rest were resin cast molds made from Smooth-on (this company has an inventory of product for fabricating, casting, hardening substrates)
