Newbie needs help!

Let me start off by introducing myself..

My name is Daniel and I have been looking and using this site for a while now to just try and find ways/research to create my own suit. Although, I don't really have enough time to make patterns from scratch and really do it all on my own. So I searched and searched and finally found the Spider-Man pattern I want and have purchased it.
So, the help I am requesting is that 1. The pattern is made for a person between 5'8-5'10. I'm a smaller dude lol roughly around 5'6. The waist on the pattern is perfect, just not the height. I have basic skills in photoshop so once I get the pattern, how do I resize it correctly?
And 2. I was told by the seller to print the pattern on this site, fabric on demand, so I'm wondering what type of fabric is it supposed to be printed on or if this is even a good site to do it? In addition, to have it sewn I have read and heard of people on here that sew suits like these and once I do have my fabric, I'll post photos and I would like to do ask if anyone would be willing to do that (with cash of course! lol)

I'm sorry if this comes off as, idk, asking to be spoon fed help? Idk.
The whole idea of having a costume that is yours and completely unique just sounds so awesome, (which I am very interested in making my own hopefully soon!) but also can be very intimidating to a novice.
I'm a newbie, please educate me here. Show me the way of the samurai lol
Thanks for reading!

To re-size on PS, here's what I did:

1. Click "Image" in the top left.
2. Click "Image Size" and another window will pop up.
3. Adjust the width or height and it will automatically constrain the two.
*You can also adjust the height and width separately by unclicking the chain icon.

For me personally, I had to re-size a pattern by a whole lot to fit my height. However, I extended the width 3" more than the constrained number in case it would be too small.

To measure your numbers you inputed, hold down "Shift" and press "I". Keep doing this until you see a ruler icon. Drag the ruler where the center of the mask is to the tip of the belt. Depending on your print, the way you measure it might be different. I would contact the person who you bought the print from for re-sizing instructions.

I've done some research on therpf and many people recommend printing on 4 way lyrca. This is listed as "Lycra (Poly)" on fabricondemand's website. I've heard good reviews from this site as well. Check out Lunaman's Ultimate Spider-Man build for reference. As for sewing, you can hire a local seamstress or people on therpf to sew it for you. TrophyWife has sewn several suits on this website. I'd shoot her a PM! Hope that helps! :)
