New to This; Help Requested

Hey everyone, I've been reading the forums quite a bit lately and really enjoy all of the costumes I have seen. All of this has made me want to get started on making my own. Problem is that I have no idea where to start. Overall I would like to know the general basics to making costume replicas.

*My main goal is to make a great Captain America costume so if there are any helpful specifics to that as well it would be much appreciated if anyone is willing to share what they know.

The first place to start would be to search ( at the top of screen). After which i think you should know where you would like to begin. Try to get in the habit of searching first. Good luck man...GM
