Still can't click the remember me box on the main page , it's under the craft your fandom banner.

Thank god I found a parade, find a thread with a link to a Junkyard sale in one of the main forums (without being logged in) click on the link and you will be able to loggin and click the remember me box. It was getting really annoying.

Remember me should be corrected now.

Fiction Engineered nailed it. This is a "double post" feature that will merge two posts that are created within a short enough time span.

No idea if this has been reported.

I just posted a reply to Thomas in a thread.

http://www.therpf.com/f47/looking-name-st-voy-episode-please-183286/#post2870691

Then I posted a reply to Andy.

The reply to Andy did not register as a separate post, but somehow got included in my reply / post to Thomas, with --- updated ---- in that post.

Yeah, that's a very useful feature to prevent the spamming of a thread. I was very happy when they came out with that feature for my own forum software.

This has now been implemented!

I have a question about a board feature, not sure if this goes here or what.

I've noticed VERY commonly that people tend to hit "quote" to respond to specific posts. Lots and lots of times, people will do this in build threads when someone has posted up some photos - they will "quote" a post with a bunch of images, repeating the images over, just so they can put a 2 or 3 word reply after it.

Am I the only one who gets annoyed by this? I know that (very simple!) mods/plugins exist for vB that will convert quoted IMG tags to URL tags. It may even be a stock feature in vB 4, I've not used it myself so I don't know for a fact. Could this be added? Or enabled? Having the same several images be displayed over and over adds nothing positive to a discussion.

My sanity may have just been saved. :)

+1 Wow! I didn't even think about bringing that up here, but yeah, that has annoyed me for ages. Very glad to see that won't be an annoyance anymore.

??? Where are you seeing that?

It's definitely not white !

It may technically be a darker shade of white (?), but it is bordering on the extreme edge light 'cream / brown' shade of the colour spectrum.

My monitor is calibrated to 100% true colours through the use of 3 different softwares. I'm a nit-pick there :)

As I said, I love it !!

I think you can see what I mean better with this.

This is a sceenshot, opened in viewer. The default background in viewer is white-based with a touch of grey, a tad lighter than the shade of grey in the vertical strip under the avatars.

The central part of the screenshot is the background I saved straight from our current background.

Beautiful & very soothing :)

It's been a crazy week (rpf upgrade and my daughter was born) and I haven't had too much time on the board until this morning.

I did have one suggestion. Would it be possible to add a collapse/minimize feature to the info box below the main header so that once you're on the site and moving around you can minimize the size of it a bit? I thought this would make overall navigation and thread viewing easier.

I'm really enjoying all of the changes so far. Great work Art and rpf team!

Ah... gotcha. When you said "cream" you freaked me out for a second because I tend to think of a pale yellow or something when our background is simply a super light grey. But I am glad you like it! For me, it is lighter than I would prefer it, but this seems to be the darkest I can go with the background (not very dark at all... it is #f8f8f8) without it interfering with people's ability to clearly read the text.
