I just want to say that Ramiel (George) has to be one of the nicest people I have met....

I supplied him with a snap shot of my wife (she was getting ready and was not amused that I took her picture):

And basically just wanted a sketch of my wife in her Gryffindorr costume (as seen here: http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=39143&page=4 )

And this is what he whipped up for me in no time at all: love:love

I agree about George being one of the nicest people I've seen/conversed with... although only a few times, he's very quick to help out and from what I've seen unbelievably accomodating!

3 cheers for Ramiel! Maybe we need to turn this into a "Ramiel Appreciation" thread! Seems appropriate!

I do caricatures a lot myself (totally different style, though) and could never capture my own likeness... I believe it is one of the toughest things to accomplish as and artist. I'm thinking Ramiel might be just the guy to do this (for $ of course). I'd like to use it in my logo for the shirt site!

I'll contact you via PM Ramiel.

Again, definitely my favorite artist (next to westies_17, sorry George, he's a close friend!) here on RPF!

I commissioned George (Ramiel) to do me as Young Obi Wan, and check out what he did. This is killer. He is crazy talented!!!!!!

Here's a few paintings I did a few years ago, along with a tank model I painted for someone here. I don't remember who! I think Darth Detroit or perhaps Detroit Vader.. or maybe someone completely different:lol

and abstract painting :confused But I like this one alot, I did it with acrylics and made it 3-d in texture, you can feel alot of the pieces, most of it is raised up off of the canvas
