I'll try to get some assembly pics up soon, but they are pretty straight forward. The flat magnet get glued into the bottom part of the head and the round magnet floats inside the body until the head is attached.

I received my kit and like I expected it looks EXCELLENT! The etching detail on the ball just doesn't come across in the pictures as well as it looks in person.

Hey guys,
What happened, and it's completely my fault, is that I send a package to Australia and it had to go ground. In my shipping software, all International packages from then on defaulted to ground until I noticed it. About 5 packages, mostly BB-8s, went ground. I'm very sorry, that's never happened to me before. Good news is that it's been a couple weeks and the "slow boat from China" should be arriving soon.

Got my BB-8! Love it So happy with the little guy.
Gonna sand and get building this evening, but wanted to ask - what's the best way to lay out the magnets? Small 'ball' one in the head and the bigger one in the body? Or vice versa?
Actually think the big one in the head makes more sense? Maybe..?

Vice versa, and I"m sorry I meant to get something posted. The round ball goes in the body and the flat cylinder goes in the head.
