If anyone is curious. THat THINKGEEK.com Personal soundtrack tshirt worked awesome at Dragon Con. Simple speaker with an mp3 player, comes with the SD card that you load all your sounds onto, also comes with a seperate button pad to activate the sounds.

Cant beat it for 30.00 bucks!
