Cant take credit on these... Im very picky with detailing and help on the designing, but my modeling skills suck. I am looking to trade or sell the Mulgrew Voyager PADD if anyone is interested.

Hi Aaron,

I wasn't aware that you are in this forum as well. Glad that you are showing the PADDs I made.... that's cheap advertisement for my works ;-))) Thanks.

Usually I'm posting in the Free Paper Prop Forum, take a look.

Yep, im on a few forums...I just dont post often. I love the RPF its just a pain to look through all the posts, especially since this site actually gets some traffic. I like categories like most of the other forums offer.

Thanks for the comments on the PADDs. Dietrich did the batch that you see the fronts and backs of in the big group shots, as well as the tape detailing on the lightboxes. He does the best work with detailing and tape. So crisp and beautiful, and always gets its just how I want it. Im so picky in fact that after dealing with me for so long he send me drawings to edit and critique before even starting on the actual model. I usually have him do three or four revisions and am always a huge pain in the a@@.

Tripper did the Voyager, the Bajoran Flyer, and the Arboretum PADDS. He does great model work and can crank out some great PADDs from scratch every time. He also does some of the best graphics talent Ive seen in a long time. He has done some great custom graphics for me over the years and puts up with me being a pain too. I actually just looked back at an old screen he did for me and realized that there were over eight revisions I had saved where he basically had to start all over each time since I was so picky.

Still trying to figure out how to take good pictures. I want to make a website with my PADD pictures. Im guess I currently have at least 100 different PADDs in the collection.

Thanks for the compliments! glad you like em. Oh and I'll make you a webpage.... if ya give me that type III TNG rifle you have! ;)

Beautiful items. I hate stuff like this because it looks so convincing that I want to know what all the buttons do, what's the clock speed and what are they compatible with. But alas they just look awesome. I feel the same about a few prop guns too.

Great pieces. You don't see a lot of props that can claim to be museum quality just anywhere. Very nice pieces.

The top one with the double grips and the green flip sight. My fav prop, and yours has been my personal favorite build of it.

You got a deal... fly up here, photograph all my toys, and build me a website. Oh, any by the way, send me the rest of the PADDs!

I never knew this was your favorite piece... I think its my favorite rifle too actually. I like the riot phaser too, its one of the only non-cannon pieces I have right now. Thanks for the compliments on mine. What about this build makes it different from the rest?

This one came from Arron Mack a long while back and is an unfilmed original. I have seen replicas (and some of the DS9 builds) with some more fun detailing on the sight. Always liked the little sticker trigger on this one though. I am still bugging "you know who" to do a TNG rifle for me with a working scope that goes on magnetically. Although... I bet my Nemesis rifle and that ODN scanner are still sitting in the box!!! :angry He is even slower than you!

00MrNotWrong00: I remember a long while back I was up at the mall with my uncle and had just bought the playmates TMP wrist communicator. I was wearing it the big hunk of a thing on my wrist as we walked through the mall, and just like you, the lady at the sunglasses kiosk wanted to know how it worked and what its function was. Without a second of hesitation I played the SFX and told her you can hold it up to a pay phone (ha, they still had pay phones then) and it scrambles the matrix and lets you make a free phone call. My uncle still laughs about that to this day.

Chronos: Thanks. Ive always loved PADDs. You can only have so many phasers and tricorders, but every PADD is different and fun. I thought I finally ran out of designs, but I think ive pulled about 15 more together that need to be completed before I retire. I know im getting desperate when 5 of them are non-cannon, but you gotta keep it interesting.
