well...it's going for $500 shipped....i didn't have CS membership at the time so that's why it's pretty much retail...if it doesn't sell....then it will be cancelled...so payment would have to be maid asap!!!! i got the e-mail last night from MR!!!! but the pics are awesome....anyone else agree????

Its a pretty looking helmet, I'm still a bit irked about the way the visor tapers down at the front, I know its an assembly thing but it just bugs me, couldn't they have gotten it straight?? :rolleyes

I have one of these coming to me...nice helmet but looking at the pics, the only problem I have is that there is just too much paint spatter :angry

Yeah, that's a ridiculous amount of paint splatter. I don't ever recall seing any on the screen used piece...at least, not bright orange. It's still prettier than my repainted DP '95 though. *sigh* I'll get my hands on a mystery helmet or something one of these days.

The Fett helmet in the Best of the Lucasfilm Archives book has quite a bit of paint spatter on it.

Looks amazing for a factory finish paint job.

Thanks Dan. Your sentiments are exactly what I have been trying to express for months. This is really a nice production piece. Also, the faceplate on the real helmet(s) is wonky to one side and I think the factory tried to compensate for this and that is why there is taper at the bottom.

I just got mine yesterday and it's beautiful! the only problems i'm having with it are the bottom of the T visor which to me is way off and the misaligned paint job on the dent. Other than those two things, it's an awesome helmet!
