that is an awesome collection I'm currently trying to produce a bond display for casino royale. I have a replica P99 but it need painting I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction for colour what type of black is the P99 in bond films? Matte or Gloss Black as its the main piece in the display and I dont want to get it wrong.. Thanks

Satin Black, that is what they use on the rubber stunt guns.

BUT, you do know that it is illegal to spray it in the UK?

I didn't but I do now.. Even if its in a display cabinet? And made from resin ?

Very much so, that law was passed in 2006, BUT if you own a replica that was painted before that date it is ok

I have been collecting Bond since about 1998...starts out slow and builds speed...accumulates along the way...snowballs....etc.

Yeh I know that you mean, Its one hell of a collection. I'm guessing that they are mostly genuine prop if any replicas or am I wrong?

Actually, the vast majority are replicas.

Same here. The Moore Bond films are a lot of fun. That "trespassers will be eaten" sign is on my list. It will be used in my next backyard.
