New and working on Spidey suit

Hello RPF I am Michael and I am new to this cosplay stuff somewhat. I have a lot of friends who do it and I decided to jump into one of my bigger projects, Spiderman. Though I will admit I am following someone elses guidelines Ultimate Spider-Man, building the suit - Imgur I am stoked about the outcome and once I seen the write it was a must have, so MAD MAD props to who ever did this and put it together since his name wasnt listed. I originally was going to go through an ebay seller since it already looked complete but as I read through the forums and got more aquanted to what was going on with the rip off Colorsuits was doing to all you amazing artist I contacted Orhardar already and am waiting on a few responses as I WILL be buying the design off him and no one else. Also in the write up I found out Tjack was the one responsible for the awesome eyes... Yea Payment was already sent I am just waiting on a response from Trophywife on here about sewing the suit.

I will be posting pics as soon as things come in and slowly get put together. i.e shooting in less than a month to get it done

Hi. That was me. Welcome to the forums.
Good luck with your project! One month is doable if you have a local seamstress sew up the pattern-- Trophywife works fast but she has a pretty substantial waiting list. I already had a reserved spot on the list when I did my project, so I had a very big leg up in terms of construction time. I assume you're trying to finish before Halloween?

Yea I messaged her and thats what she told me. I am in high hopes on getting things done before then lol I know im running a bit late and pushing time but I think it can be done but needs to get the ball rolling right away. I am glad you found this thread for I had a question on the step where you mocked up the eyes and where did you get the face shell and do you where that in the suit? That was one of the things I couldnt wrap my mind around.

I got the faceshell from a forum member called AZSpidey, who is known for them. TJack the eye-frame god also makes a good faceshell and he currently has a few he's ready to vend, I believe. I did not wear the shell in the suit, no, I just used it for curving the lenses.

Sounds good Ill be looking up the face shells tonight and sending out pm's to what is available
