After seeing Johnson Arms' excellent Nerf repaints, I knew I absoutly had to paint some of mine. I didn't want copy his paint schemes obvisously, but I really liked the look of his Halo inspired weapons. So, I came up with idea, using Halo and the Aliens PR as abstract inspiration. (Which sounds like a Euro-Band, lol)
I started out painting the light and the magazine, and then moved to the stocks and foreward barrel thing. I still need to paint the main body, and the drum magazine I have as well, but I guess I'll have to wait untill I have another break from school to do so.....I also have one of the 6 shot pistols I plan to paint up soon as well. I also see I need to touch up the inside of the light, didn't realise that untill I had taken pictures! :lol I may go back and weather the light a little bit more to better match the rest of everything as well.
But it's a start, right?
